Shipping Information
Apuro + Quei offers various shipping options that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as the value and destination region.
Shipping costs are presented during the order registration in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:
- Destination region;
- Order value;
- Chosen shipping method;
- Choice of Additional Value Services (SVA).

How the order is processed
The normal processing time for an order is 1 to 2 business days but may be longer during periods of higher order volume, such as promotions or holidays.
The shipment of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer in the order registration and only after payment validation.
The order will be shipped by the CTT Express carrier.
When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
