General Conditions of Apuro + Quei
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the store www.apuromaisquei.com, owned by Catrina Crespo with tax identification number 219820740 and headquartered at Rua 24 de Junho, 1154, 4600-076 Guimarães, hereinafter referred to as "Apuro + Quei," is governed.
The service provided by Apuro + Quei consists of making available and supplying a set of products and services to enable the user, who is granted the status of Customer, to order and purchase products online as presented on the platform.
The use of Apuro + Quei implies full acceptance and agreement with all the parameters present in the described Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time of accessing Apuro + Quei.
If you do not accept, either partially or entirely, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases on Apuro + Quei.
If you access Apuro + Quei, you are committing yourself and taking responsibility for respecting the conditions determined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
Apuro + Quei reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.

Apuro + Quei commits to provide its products and/or services clearly and to correct any errors that may occur as quickly as possible.
Apuro + Quei presents, concisely, the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT, shipping costs applied to each order, and other additional costs that may apply.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated and changed by Apuro + Quei at any time.

Apuro + Quei is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of Catarina Crespo.
The content, domain, information present and provided on Apuro + Quei are the property of Catarina Crespo or have been granted to her, thus being protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copy, or disclosure of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to prior approval by Apuro + Quei.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the conditions and rights mentioned, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc., without the express approval of Apuro + Quei. Apuro + Quei cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.
Payment Methods
Apuro + Quei offers the following payment methods:

- Multibanco Reference
- MB WAY
After the payment is completed, Apuro + Quei will proceed with a standard verification to process and send the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid and/or is awaiting processing.
Terms of Purchase at Apuro + Quei
Product Availability
All products and/or services available on Apuro + Quei can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortage or limitation, as well as for custom-ordered products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be duly identified on Apuro + Quei.
If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Apuro + Quei undertakes to contact the customer, by phone or email, as soon as possible to expedite the process.
Taxes and Duties
On Apuro + Quei, the prices displayed are in Euros, and the corresponding VAT and taxes are applied according to current law, which are already included in the displayed price.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is still in processing. It is requested to inform Apuro + Quei via the following email contact: geral@apuromaisquei.com.
If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery, and the customer can choose to refuse acceptance.
Apuro + Quei is not responsible for possible delays in the processing of order cancellations.
Apuro + Quei reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, or misconduct by the customer, as well as for technical issues beyond Apuro + Quei.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of contract conclusion.
If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they can do so by emailing geral@apuromaisquei.com.
By withdrawing from the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must also return any gifts accompanying the main product.
Apuro + Quei must refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise and the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for by current legislation in Decree Law No. 24/2014.
Complaints
The customer can file a complaint regarding any issue, act, information, or service provided by Apuro + Quei through the email contact geral@apuromaisquei.com or through the electronic Complaints Book.
Disclaimer Notice
By creating and using an account on Apuro + Quei, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality, and all activity originating from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.
Apuro + Quei is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other problems that may prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
Apuro + Quei is not responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use or inability to use the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delays or unforeseen events in the delivery of orders.
